Kpop Heaven should feel visual and modern without scraping or rehosting copyrighted artist photos.
What we use
- Official embeds or permitted media-kit/press images.
- Licensed images where artist use is explicitly covered.
- User-submitted event photos only with ownership/permission confirmation.
- Non-likeness fallback art: gradients, initials, icons, and shareable cards.
What we avoid
- No scraped Google Images, fan-site, social, or news photos.
- No AI-generated real-idol likenesses or implied endorsements.
